Why do I pay a R150 deposit?
A R150 deposit, paid securely through PayFast, secures your booking and pickup slot. It is deducted from your final bill – you only pay the balance once your items have been weighed or counted.
How is the final price calculated?
Prices are based on the type of item, weight, fabric and any special care required. Wash & fold is charged per kg, dry cleaning per item. We weigh and confirm the final price before cleaning begins. No hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
Deposits are paid online via PayFast (card, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, Mobicred and more). The balance can be paid by card or EFT on delivery, or via a secure payment link.
Do you offer express service?
Yes. Express turnaround is available for an additional fee, and same-day delivery is available in selected areas when you book before 10am.
Can I get a quote for a large or business order?
Absolutely. Contact us for a custom quote for bulk or commercial laundry – hotels, guesthouses, gyms, salons and offices.

How our laundry pricing works
Wash & fold and premium care are charged per kilogram, while dry cleaning, ironing, duvets and sneakers are charged per item or pair. The minimum order is R600 per pickup and a R150 deposit, paid securely through PayFast, secures your booking – it’s deducted from your final bill. We weigh and count everything at our facility and confirm the final amount before cleaning begins.
